Experience the most fun on two wheels! Gather your team together for a Segway Human Transporter experience. Have fun and foster team building and communication skills. Enjoy the outdoors as your team takes on slalom and time trial activities on their Segway HT!

We deliver 3 Segway Human Transporters (HTs) along with three experienced staff members to the venue of your choice in Hamilton. Our staff will teach you how to ride, run fun slalom and time trial activities plus more for up to 3 hours. This experience can be held most days or early evenings.

A Segway HT doesn't have gears, an accelerator or brakes. To move forward, just lean forward - the more you lean the faster you go! To slow down and stop, straighten up again. To reverse, just lean back gently. It's like magic - an experience like you've never felt before! Turning is controlled by twisting the left wrist grip - easy!

Most people can be riding a Segway HT within 30 seconds, and have it feeling like a natural extension of their body within minutes. By then you'll have such a big smile on your face you won't want to get off! Easy to ride, self-balancing Segway HTs are the hi-tech way of the future.

This group activity is an ideal add-on or additional activity for larger groups or can be used as the sole experience in smaller groups. The choice is up to you!

Session Length

This experience is up to three hours in duration. Please book at least 10 days in advance of your preferred date. All bookings are subject to availability.

Guidelines:

Almost anyone can ride a Segway HT as long as you can stand, walk and step up 200mm unassisted. You must weigh between 40kg and 130kg to ride a Segway.

Numbers:

This experience is for 12 people. We can organise a group experience of up to 50 people (please enquire at time of booking).

Weather:

It's more fun to Segway HT on a fine day. Not suitable for use outdoors during steady rain. We are happy to run your Segway HT experience indoors in a large open area in the case of wet weather. (If in doubt, please contact us to discuss indoor venue suitability).

For late evening or early morning events outside of Auckland, accommodation is required, and is billed at cost (please enquire at time of booking - additional cost).
