With the use of a specially-built predator-proof fence, threatened species are able to once again thrive just minutes from downtown Wellington.

Take our unique, guided two-hour tour by torchlight as you look for New Zealand’s national icon, the little spotted kiwi. Over 100 kiwi live wild at this wonderful sanctuary. Session Length

This experience is 2.5 hours long, starting just after sunset at times to be confirmed. The sanctuary is open 364 days a year.

    The Zealandia Torchlight Tour was excellent! I learned a lot and the guide was extremely knowledgeable about the subject matter. I'm not easily impressed, but I was definitely very impressed!
