Your experience begins with a spa body relax treatment in our hydrotherapy capsule. Dead skin cells are sloughed off with an exfoliating scrub and rinsed away. As a gentle steam mist warms your body a body treatment is applied, which is designed to detoxify, hydrate and relax. You are cocooned within the capsule while the steam infuses the product into your skin. Float into bliss as the products work to achieve the desired results. Light therapy works to calm, soothe or invigorate during your treatment. You will be refreshed with a shot of cold steam and then the capsule is rinsed off you with the rain shower jets, a steady gentle stream of water washing over your body.

Once you have succumbed to relaxation we will wrap you in a waffle robe and you leave the wet room behind for the comfort of one of the large designer spa rooms. The soothing warmth will have eased your muscles, ready for one of our expert therapists to relax you further with a full body massage, designed to relieve stress and pressure. Using essential oils and the Swedish massage technique, your therapist will leave you feeling soothed and still.

Upon emerging from your blissful state we will invite you to enjoy some more time out in our relax room. Here you may prepare yourself to rejoin the world. You’ll float through the rest of the day feeling contented, radiant and relaxed!
