Do you need to kick start a fitness campaign that has been sidelined? Enjoy a six-month membership in a luxurious boutique gym. Our beautiful, discreet facility is open 24 hours with professional trainers and a qualified nutritionist to support you in achieving your dreams. Now there’s no excuse!

You will receive a six month membership in our luxurious facility with unlimited access. Private bathroom suites and all amenities provided. On booking you will be assigned your own personal trainer who will discuss your goals with you.

You will receive 10 one-hour sessions with your personal trainer as they take you through your own personalised programme. You will then meet with them over the next weeks at a time that suits you to ensure you are meeting your goals.

You will also gain an enhanced understanding of the exercises and good techniques to employ when undertaking the exercises. You will be feeling confident and empowered. Coupled with this is the advice from our resident nutritionist. You will be encouraged to maintain a food diary for a week, which will be the basis for your renewed lifestyle plan.

After six months in our exclusive gym, you will be well on your way to achieving your goals and refreshing your life. You’ll wonder why your fitness campaign was sidelined in the first place and why you didn’t start sooner!

Session Length

The gym is open 24 hours a day. The one-hour personal training sessions are dependant on trainer availability. The nutritional consultation is 30 minutes. Some preparatory work may be required prior to consultation – please enquire at time of booking.

Come prepared to get active and improve your current health and fitness regime.

Other Info:

The gym is air conditioned and has Sky TV and audio facilities. Headphones can be used. In some situations, a medical certificate from your doctor may be required.
