Is your health important to you? Then this is your opportunity to kick-start a fitness campaign that may have been sidelined! Enjoy a one-month membership in our luxurious boutique style gym. We have professional trainers to support you in achieving your dreams.

You will receive a one-month membership in our luxurious facility with unlimited access to all areas of the gym. We offer private bathroom suites and all amenities included.

On booking you will be assigned your own personal trainer who will discuss your health and fitness goals with you. You will receive 2 one-hour sessions with your trainer and they will develop in consultation with you, your own personalised program.

With the personal attention from our experienced trainers you will feel motivated to improve your current fitness regime. You will also gain an enhanced understanding of the exercises and develop good techniques to help you reach your goals.

This experience voucher is valid for 12 months from date of purchase.

Venue:

Parnell, Auckland.

Session Length

The gym is open 24 hours a day. The one-hour personal training sessions are dependant on trainer availability. Some preparatory work may be required prior to the consultation – please enquire at time of booking.

The personal training and nutritional consultation is conducted in a one-on-one environment.

This activity is not affected by the weather.

The gym is air-conditioned and has Sky TV and an audio facility. Headphones can be used. A medical certificate from your doctor may be required prior to undertaking any activities.
