Your experience begins with a full-body exfoliation. Your therapist will slough off dry skin cells and reveal and soft new you! Your therapist will then apply a Bioelements Trissage body treatment product to your body and cocoon you in a thermal blanket. This will allow for maximum penetration of the products and for ultimate detoxification and hydration. As you gently fall into a state of bliss your therapist will massage your scalp, easing away any tension and pressure. You will then wash off the body treatment in our deluxe shower, complete with body jets and a rain head. Your skin will be left feeling silky smooth and hydrated and you will be glowing with good health.

Next you will be treated to a hot stone massage – the ultimate in relaxation. The warmth of the stones promotes a deeper state of calm, ensuring maximum results as your therapists work to ease any stress build-up in your body. Your therapists use basalt stone that is heated to a warm but safe temperature. They will place the stones at the body’s meridian points. If you are someone who enjoys deeper pressure they will use the stones to massages your body.

Next we’ll get your skin in great shape with a Bioelements professional skin treatment. Your treatment is customised to suit the needs of your skin and is blended especially for you. These treatments are very relaxing and beneficial and are made from highly potent botanical extracts with natural fragrances such as pineapple, papaya and cinnamon.

We’ll also provide a light spa cuisine lunch that will be served to you in our Relax Room. Here you can lounge and chill out until you are ready to face the world again. You’ll walk out of our day spa feeling pleasantly calm and radiant!
