Our Price Guarantee

We guarantee that you'll pay the same through us for an Experience Gift Voucher as you would buying direct from an experience provider. If you find a provider that is advertising their standard RRP at a cheaper price than ours for the same experience, we'll give you a complete refund.

Note: The majority of our accommodation package prices are based on peak rates as usage demonstrates this is when our customers want to use them.

Currency

• All prices on redballoon.com.au are listed in Australian dollars.
  Prices on redballoon.co.nz are listed in New Zealand dollars.

Additional Charges

• All orders carry a flat transaction fee of $3.97. This fee contributes to the banking and administration charges incurred when a transaction is made.

Accepted Payment Methods

Note: Your gift will only be dispatched once payment has been processed and approved. In some cases this may take up to 72 hours e.g. Direct Deposits.

• Some experiences (where relevant) feature a list of dates that the product is available. The information can be found on the detailed experience information page. Any dates listed are guidelines only and are subject to change.

• In order to avoid disappointment we recommend that you book at least three weeks in advance. You should allow more time if requesting a booking during peak times (such as weekends or holidays)
  

• If you are dependent on a particular date or plan to purchase a voucher and book a date at short notice please contact us on 0800 555 023 to ensure there is still availability before completing the transaction.

• The security of your sensitive personal and financial details is important to us. We use the highest level of data encryption possible so you can feel confident that all communication (e.g. credit card details and personal information) between your browser and the RedBalloon web server is private and secure. Not only are all transactions secured using industry strength SSL encryption but, as additional protection, we also enforce the entry of the 3 or 4 digit credit card security numbers (CVN).
