Located only an hour from the capital city, the celebrated Martinborough wine district is a region of rural beauty and food-and-wine innovation. During your gourmet tour you will discover the tastes of not only its wonderful award-winning wines but also local seasonal foods.

Our small tour groups make this a highly interactive experience and ensure you get the most out of your personal guides. The great thing about our guides is that they are not just passionate and dedicated foodies, they're also warmhearted walking encyclopedias on the foods and wines of the Martinborough region.

During the tour you will be driven in comfort to see behind the scenes of boutique specialty food producers, sample local products, and discover and savour premium wine brands along the way!

Meet local producers and share their experience and enthusiasm for what they do, and conclude the day with a delicious three-course tasting-lunch matched with specially selected local wines!

Session Length

This experience is available seven days a week, by appointment only, excluding public holidays. The tour starts at 9.45am and finishes at 2.30pm.

This gourmet walking tour is suitable for adults who are interested in food and wine! Please let us know in advance if you have special dietary needs.

Numbers:

The price quoted is for one person. There will be a minimum of two and a maximum of eight people in the group. We keep the group small to encourage maximum interaction with your guide and other tour participants.
