Do you love fresh seafood? First a brilliant chef will demonstrate a couple of special seafood recipes and then you will cook up a storm with your chef guiding you all the way...before dining on your delicious creations in style! Incredibly fresh seafood, mouth watering recipes and lots of laughs!

Your experience begins in the comfortable auditorium with a 45 minute demonstration of 2 seafood recipes by your guest chef. As you watch your chef will impart a few of their secret cooking tips and stories from the trade! Next, in the specially designed ‘hands on’ kitchen you will spend up to an hour recreating the same recipes in groups of 3 – 5 with assistance from your chef and his team – this is where the fun really begins. Lastly you will dine on your creations and enjoy a complimentary glass of wine to match the meal.

The classes are different from week to week and may include caribbean cooking, mediterranean cooking, cooking on the BBQ etc or they may feature a well known chef who will be sharing his/her tips on theri favourite recipes.

This experience voucher is valid for six months from date of purchase.

Central Auckland with lots of car parking on site.

Session Length

Classes are held on most Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday evenings at 6.30pm and Saturday at 11.00am. Each experience will last for about 2 ½ hours

Guidelines:

Participants will ideally be 16 years and older.

Numbers:

There will be up to 40 per cooking class.

An all weather experience.
