Discover all the secrets of the sublime art of Italian cooking in this personalized cooking workshop.

In the warm atmosphere of her Italian home, Raffaela takes you on a journey to discover and taste the authentic ingredients and to combine them to create a simple but tasty meal.

These classes combine Italian ingredients, techniques presentation and flair. You will feel as though you have been transported to a villa in the heart of Tuscany while immersing yourself in all things Italian. Learn the art of preparing authentic Italian cuisine with hand-picked organic ingredients and enjoy a 3 course Italian meal. And Kids are welcome too (accompanied with an adult).

    Both Paul and I loved the experience. We have already told friends about it and hope to go back to see Raphael again. The house and setting are beautiful, the atmosphere so lovely and relaxed and we left feeling that for a few hours we had been in Italy itself. Next time I would make sure we could go in summer in order to be able to sit outside and enjoy the meal we had helped create.

    Great experience and met some really nice people with similar interests!! Like eating & drinking wine! Lovely hosts and learnt a little about the "Italian way of life" on all sorts of social & cultural aspects.
