A Volcano Walk on White Island via Helicopter! Depart Rotorua for the ultimate volcano experience! 52km off the coast of NZ is a live, active volcano - bubbling hot springs, volcanic vents that breathe with life. This is so surreal you won't believe you're on earth!

Words cannot express the experience that is walking on the active crater floor of this unique lunar landscape, part of our Pacific ring of fire. Located 52km’s off the Bay of Plenty Coastline, White Island’s active Volcanic vents, steaming Crater Lake, bubbling hot streams and desolate mining ruins combine to create a surreal experience. When present, the sighting of Dolphins in the Pacific Ocean over which we fly combine to create an inspiring.

This experience voucher is valid for 12 months from date of purchase.

Venue:

This amazing experience departs from a point just south of central Rotorua.

Session Length

This experience runs for 3 hours every day but Christmas Day. We operate from 8am til dusk, depending on availability and demand.

Numbers:

Price is based on a minimum of two people. There will up to six people on each flight. You may travel with other people on the flight.

Weather:

In the event of inclement weather, your flight will be rescheduled at a time that suits you.

    This was an amazing experience. Guide was fun and knowledgable but still very professional. Probably the best thing I've done in New Zealand! I highly recommend this experience!
