Arrive at our Helicentre and be greeted by one of our experienced pilots who will guide you to your helicopter. Once airborne, fly over the once architecturally recognised landscapes, which confirms the harsh blow dealt to the local people. Passing over our ever changing city, we climb to the rim of Lyttelton Volcano to see the township and Harbour. Continue on around the coast line to New Brighton Pier, before tracking back over the city, where you will view the turmoil wrecked upon the city centre and its once iconic Christchurch Cathedral, you will also see AMI stadium, originally home to the Canterbury Crusaders. Return to the Helicentre, where on a clear day you will see along the vast Canterbury Plains, to the distant and remote Southern Alps, which remain unchanged by the regions earthquakes.
