Interested in mountain biking in New Zealand? Want to experience riding on some real mountain bike tracks (not just the road!)? We offer an experience to ride your bike in the dirt at one of Auckland’s best single track riding destinations. Learn all the skills and have a great day out!

We arrange to pick you up in the morning and drive out through Auckland’s countryside. We will get you to complete medical and disclaimer forms. Upon arriving at the Woodhill Forest you will be given morning tea while the equipment is being unloaded.

After your snack, we give you some brief instructions on how the bikes operate and some basic skills and training is given. We allow some practice time in the car park before going off-road.

Then, it’s onto the forest floor to explore the parks vast variety of tracks. The destination offers many different tracks depending on the group’s level of experience and desire for an adrenalin rush.

We eventually break for lunch and go back to the car park to refill your energy levels. Once we’ve had lunch, we head off back towards the forest tracks for another blast through some more challenging tracks before heading home.

We use top quality Scott’s bikes – these are available in a range of sizes to best suit you. The trip runs from 10a.m. to 4 p.m., with about two to three hours actual riding time on the bikes.
